Yes, it’s been a busy few weeks and yes, I’ve neglected some of my MKMMA homework, especially the Sit and multiple reads. And the reading withenthusiasm!!! And yes, I have another round of company coming today as we prepare to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 75th birthday. But re-establishing a regular Sit has been both calming and eye-opening.
When life gets in the way and you find yourself bustling around like a crazy person, slow down, reflect on what is good in your life and be grateful. It’s the single most important thing you can do for yourself and your sanity.
