It’s one year later and guess what?

I’m still Nature’s Greatest Miracle!

nature's greatest miracle

We are in week 15 again :-) of the MKMMA program and because we switched to a new month as well, we moved to scroll IV of Og Mandino’s Greatest Salesman Of The World

“I am nature’s greatest miracle”

Since the beginning of time never has there been another with my mind, my heart, my eyes, my ears, my hands, my hair, my mouth. None that came before, none that live today, and none that come tomorrow can walk and talk and move and think exactly like me. All men are my brothers yet I am different from each. I am a unique creature.

“I am nature’s greatest Miracle”

As I think back to week 15 of 2014 I remember thinking this…

“Holy crap!!! Do you mean to tell me that I am not like everyone else on the planet? I don’t have to act, dress, say, do or believe the same things that everybody else does? I don’t have to conform to everybody’s standards of living or ways of doing things?”

Today, this is an even more important thing to realize than it ever was. As I observe people with my MKMMA glasses on, I see them going about their lives with blinders on not realizing that they have special gifts to offer to the world, that they are a miracle with their own uniqueness that if allowed to shine would enhance not only their lives but the lives of others around them. I was like this for a long time, why?

I saw a post from Mark J today on Facebook that explains a bit about why.  This is just the picture, but I believe it says a lot about what our schools did and are doing to us and the generations after us.

conformity Sad to say the least :-(

This is what our schools say… “if you conform you can be whatever you want in life and if you don’t you’ll be a failure”

Are you freaking kidding me????!!!

Ever wonder why you are hearing about so many parents homeschooling their kids? (Kudos to them!)

This is why…
All the schools teach is how to pass a test. They don’t teach real life skills and they definitely don’t teach kids how to think for themselves. They teach them how to be consumers and conform to society.

Now I’m not saying to quit school, but what I am saying is don’t be brainwashed by giving up what you feel and believe to conform to what society says is right.

People are slowly but surely starting to recognize what is going on and some have made the decision to make a change in their lives. To think outside the box and learn that we are in fact nature’s greatest miracle and we are not like everyone else out there.

They don’t have to do what society dictates, they can be who they want to be, what they want to be. They realize they don’t have to wear their jeans down around their ankles or become a walking skeleton because society say’s that’s what’s hot and in.

I don’t know about you, but I am one of those people. :-)

Og makes a valid point. We are all miracles of nature if you think about it. No two of us is created the same, even identical twins have differences, so why should we conform our lives to everybody else’s? Just because that’s “just what we do” that’s “the way things are done”.  I don’t think so!!!!

We are all unique and we all have a special abilities and talents, why not showcase them? Og goes on to say

“I am a unique creature of nature. I am rare and there is value in all rarity; therefore, I am valuable.”

We are all valuable, no one person is more valuable than the next regardless of what society dictates. We as unique individuals have something special to offer to the world, whether it be art, music, storytelling, healing etc.

The problem is, we are so busy conforming to the rest of society that we totally miss who we are and what we have to offer.

We were not put on this earth by chance, we were put here for a purpose and it is up to us to find out what that purpose is.

“Somehow, however, we have forgotten how to think for ourselves.”

This may not be a very popular statement, but it is true and it was noticed back in the 50’s by a Nobel Peace Prize winner named Dr. Albert Schweitzer. He was asked the question, “Doctor, what is wrong with men today?”

here is his answer  The Strangest Secret In The World.

This was introduced as an assignment… to listen to this audio a couple or few times a week, and the more I listen to it, the more I realize how true it is.  It will open your eyes a bit each time you listen to it, so make sure you listen to it more than once and do the 30 day exercise suggested at the end, and see how it goes for you. I would love to hear some feedback, so pop me off an email below and let me know your progress :-)

I began this journey back in 2014 because I wanted to know who I really was and what I really wanted out of my life.  What my purpose on this planet was? I think that many people today ask those same questions and those are the people who understand or at least have an inkling that they have more to offer than what society dictates they do.

They know that there is something bigger and better out there.

They know that they are different than anyone else.

They know deep down inside that they are a miracle but just haven’t found the way to let their uniqueness shine yet.

I was blessed to have found the MKMMA program when I did because it helped me and is still helping me with those questions. Every week, every day, I get a little clearer on the answers and get a little closer to the real me. I wish the same for you.

If you would like to begin the journey to the real you, fill in the form below. This will put you on the early notification list for the next MKE journey. You are nature’s greatest miracle, you just might not know it yet :-)

I wish you all blessings and abundance!
