MKMMA Week 13 Back To The Basics & Gratitude

Week 13 Back to the basics & gratitude This weeks webinar hit me pretty hard.  I mean it was like a total slap upside the head of epic proportions! Mark was talking about how right about this week, week 13 people start getting to a point where they are seeing good things start to happen in their lives, they’ve been doing the work for all these weeks, the reads, the exercises, the traction.. Master Key Experience Week 12 Stop The Madness & Have Faith!

Stop The Madness!!

stop the madness

It’s week 12 and I AM FRAZZLED!!!

With Christmas right around the corner and so many things to get done by the glorious day, I am definitely feeling the pressure. Mailboxes to be painted, cards to be sent out, shopping to do, MKMMA assignments, meditations, working out and in the mist of all of that, I actually have to go to a job :-/

Can you say “STOP THE MADNESS!”

Even the calendar is not helping me at this point LOL. I’ve never been one to use a calender anyway and it’s been tough getting into that habit, but when you are this close to the wire, having a calendar isn’t helping. I mean, I have a mailbox to get done and clear-coated by the big day, and creativity and art just isn’t a fast process. (You can’t rush perfection).  I can’t just “schedule” an hour out of my day to paint, it’s a “paint until you are done” kind of thing no matter how long it takes. It throws your schedule all outta whack!

I’m not complaining mind you, I enjoy painting and seeing the end result of my efforts, but when it’s under a deadline, it gets a little nerve racking.  I’ll have pics up on my Facebook page (after Christmas of course) don’t want to spoil any surprises :-) If you would like to see my work, you can stop by my page Here.

Okay, enough plugs 😉 back to being frazzled.  With all of this to do, I have to be honest, I’ve fallen behind on some of my MKMMA assignments and plan of action duties this week.

Like my workouts that I promised to do at least 3 times a week…..yeah right! who the heck has time?

Meditations… I’ve gotten a couple in, but have missed a few :-(  NOT GOOD.

My readings…. good in the mornings and most of them in the evenings, but the middle of the day readings have definitely been a no go.

Persistence…. That’s Og’s message for us this month, I guess you couldn’t have picked a better month for that scroll.

“I will persist until I succeed”

Take out the “will” and you have “I persist until I succeed” much better as “will” implies that it will happen someday and the other implies that it already is happening.  Oh I am persisting all right, whether it’s persisting in a good way or a bad way is what I am concerned about. Thus the madness part.

I guess it wouldn’t feel like madness if I did my scheduled meditations everyday like I’m supposed to. They do have a calming effect and they usually get me more focused.

“But they take 30 minutes!?” It doesn’t matter, that 30 minutes will probably save you 60 during the course of a day. DO IT NOW!

Sorry, just having a conversation with my subby LOL.

If I seem a bit scattered, that’s because my brain is going in 20 different directions, I’m sure you all can relate, it is that time of year. Anyway, what was I talking about? Oh yeah, stopping the madness and persistence.  I touched on persistence in an earlier blog, you can check it out here.  The madness part, well, it will come to an end after the holidays as it always does, I have faith in that :-)

Oooo, which brings up another interesting topic. FAITH

Charles Haanel writes about faith in part 12 of the Master Keys

“You must first have the knowledge of your power; second, the courage to dare; third, the faith to do it” If you concentrate upon the thoughts given, if you give them your entire attention, you will find a world of meaning in each sentence, and will attract to yourself other thoughts in harmony with them, and you will soon grasp the full significance of the vital knowledge upon which you are concentrating”.

  • The knowledge of your power... “There is no purpose in life that cannot be best accomplished through a scientific understanding of the creative power of thought. Your thoughts are your power.
  • The courage to dare... “The only way to keep from going backward is to keep going forward” Dare to dream of the life you want and focus on those dreams with every fiber of your being.
  • The faith to do it… Have faith that your thoughts are omnipotent and they have the power to draw on the Infinite bank of primary substance for all that it requires. “Infinite resources are therefore at your command”.

This is pretty powerful stuff! Sometimes it is hard to keep the faith, sometimes, like this week, it’s hard to give your entire attention on the thoughts and desires you are trying to create. Sometimes you feel like you’ve taken that detour I mentioned in one of my previous posts. Things get so crazy that you just have to stop…..breath…..stop the madness and get back to the silence of your inner self and regroup.

I have faith that I can do that and so I persist until I succeed.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!!

MKMMA Week 11 Count Your Blessings

Week 11 Count your blessings! Here we are, week 11 of the MKMMA program. I can’t believe how fast it is going! We are almost half way through our 26 weeks and I wanted to pause a minute and thank everyone who has helped and supported me: My Mom, my man Rich, by friend Brandy, my guides Carolynn and Walter, the other MKMMA members and especially Mark J, The Fabulous Davene and crew.. MKMMA Week 10 Persistence Is Key & Detours

Week 10 reminds us that Persistence is key. Og states in scroll III “I will persist until I succeed. The prizes of life are at the end of each journey, not near the beginning; and it is not given to me to know how many steps are necessary in order to reach my goal. Failure I may still encounter at the thousandth step, yet success hides behind the next bend in the road… Read More
